What We Prohibit

• Privacy violations: Recording conversations without consent, doxxing, or sharing others' private information
• Illegal activity: Any behavior that violates laws or regulations
• Underage use: Accessing the platform if under 18 years old

Video Chat Specific Rules

Because Cam-Party is a video-first platform, additional expectations apply:

• Appropriate appearance: Dress modestly and appropriately for a public social setting
• Respect boundaries: If someone indicates they're not interested in continuing a conversation, end it politely
• No inappropriate gestures: Avoid flashing, indecent exposure, or sexually suggestive movements
• Clean backgrounds: Ensure your environment is appropriate and doesn't display offensive material
• Consent matters: Do not pressure others into sharing personal information or moving to other platforms

Consequences

Violations of these guidelines result in:

• First offense: Warning and temporary restriction (duration depends on severity)
• Repeated offenses: Longer suspensions or permanent account deletion
• Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban without warning (e.g., threats, inappropriate content)

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We aim for fairness but reserve the right to take action we deem necessary to protect the community.
